Welcome to Candor website. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Candor.
Please read the following Terms of Service (“Terms”) as they rules the use of our site. By using this site, you agree to follow and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”) If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this site in any way.
Candor reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notification.
Site users must agree upon and abide by these changes accordingly. Please review this page periodically for changes. Any use of our site at any time constitutes full acceptance of our service terms.
Candor guarantees that you are purchasing a unique handmade ítem from México. Our products are made with the highest level of workmanship available and each item is completely unique.
PRICING AND PAYMENT POLICY
Our products are sold online only at limited quantities and availabilities. We have done our best to display our items as accurately as possible on the site but please be aware, variations in style, color, and size may occur as each item is hand-crafted. If you are not satisfied your purchase, please review our returns section for further assistance.
The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery.
All orders from 1k to 5k applies to our standard shipping rate. More tan 5k has to be extra billed.
On all International orders, aside from the shipping cost, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay the import and customs duties and fees that are incurred as a result of the shipment.
o Orders typically ship the next business day. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday.
Please note we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items due to any parcel service fault.
- Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and free from dirt, dust or any fragrances, and in the same plastic bag and same exact condition that you received it in.
- If your return passes our inspection, you may receive an exchange, store credit, or a refund. Please include a note with your return stating your order number, the reason for the return, and please let us know what you would like in return.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If possible, please provide a tracking number.
*If non-returnable items are returned without authorization from our customer service, they will be returned to the customer immediately and customer will be notified. Restocking fees may apply to unauthorized returns.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items will not be refunded.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Whilst we endeavour to keep our website up to date, we do not monitor it 24 hours a day so multiple sales of a single item that has few items remaining may occur. These items are sold on a first come, first served basis. If you have placed an order for a product which has sold out we will contact you as soon as possible and refund the value of the sold item.
MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
All of the content that appears on Candor web site, including all visuals, text, audio and video clips are subject to copyright protections and /or other intellectual property rights or licenses held by Candor. Content of Candor website is intended solely for the personal, noncommercial use by the users of our site. Sharing any visuals on social media or publications should assigns Candor’s copyright.
Candor strives to create an interactive relationship with the members of its site and services. User comments, feedback, suggestions, ideas, and other submissions disclosed, submitted or offered to Candor on or by this site shall be and remain Candor property. Users assign all property rights and interests to Candor allowing our company unlimited use, commercial or otherwise, of any comments. Furthermore, Canodor shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any comments in confidence; (2) to pay to users any compensation for any comments; or (3) to respond to any user comments.

The information on Candor website may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies. We reserve the right to update any information we see fit at any time without prior notice. Please note that such errors may relate to product information, pricing and availability. In these instances, we shall have the right to terminate any orders involving pricing errors or inaccuracies.
