PRICING AND PAYMENT POLICY
Our products are sold online only at limited quantities and availability. We have done our best to display our items as accurately as possible on the site but please be aware, slight variations in style, color, and size may occur as each item is hand-crafted. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our returns section for further assistance.
We process payments with Paypal and Stripe platforms and services. We cannot respond for any system or platform flaws. Please do get in touch with your preferred one for further information and assistance.
At CANDOR ® our goal is to package your order with precision and attention to detail, and as quickly as possible! We aim to package and process your order within up to 3 business days* after receipt of payment.
Need it sooner? Simply contact us at email@example.com and we will make arrangements for overnight delivery according to your needs. Once processed and shipped we will notify you via email providing tracking information.
IMPORTANT: Since we rely on third party shipping companies’ timing and schedules during busier seasons, such as holiday season or festivities, please allow for an extended processing time. We appreciate your patience!
On all International orders, aside from the shipping cost, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay the import and customs duties and fees that are incurred as a result of the shipment.
Free shipping does not apply to orders shipped outside Mexico. International orders are final sale and not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
It is the client’s responsibility to verify that the shipping information provided in the www.candorhome.com site is correct. CANDOR ® will not be responsible for any delays or problems derived from mistakes in the client’s shipping address.
CANDOR ® does not accept returns. We do, however, accept exchanges. Any changes have to be processed within the first 30 days after the date of purchase, sending a previous email to firstname.lastname@example.org detailing the purpose of change and purchase receipt. The client will be responsible for all shipments involved in the process of exchanging a product. Please consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
CANDOR ® will only accept exchanges on products that are in the same conditions in which they were sent to the client (unused, free from dirt, dust or any fragrances). We will not accept changes on articles that have been used or damaged. Once your return is received, we will confirm via email notifying you about the approval or rejection of your exchange.
CANDOR ® reserves the right to deny changes if the merchandise does not meet our returns policy requirements once assessed.
IMPORTANT: We are unable to refund or exchange CANDOR ® goods purchased from any of our retailers or stockists. All purchases made through a CANDOR ® distributor must happen via the point of purchase.

IMPORTANT: If non-exchangeable items are returned to CANDOR ® without authorization from our customer service, these will be immediately returned back to the stated sender address. Shipping costs from non authorized returns or exchanges will be covered by the sender.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
All goods are quality controlled prior to dispatch, however occasionally production faults can result which are accidentally missed. Your goods may be returned via the same method as above for assessment and a refund will only be given if an item is deemed to be legitimately faulty by CANDOR ®, as the supplier. In case of faulty items, CANDOR ® will also refund the cost of return shipment once assessed.
If your order has arrived damaged, defective, or you’ve received the incorrect item, send us a message at email@example.com as soon as possible with photos of the item(s), the box, and the packaging. We’ll take care of the rest!
If possible, we will repair faulty items in an effort to reduce waste. You will receive a full refund or replacement if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
We have done our best to display our items as accurately as possible on the site but please be aware, slight variations in style, color, and size may occur as each item is hand-crafted. We work closely with Interior Designers, Architects, Private Decorators, Hotels, Restaurants, and Residential Developments to weave their dreams. All pre-orders are charged and will specify lead time at the time of transaction. Orders will be shipped within 2 – 3 days of stock becoming available. If there are any unprecedented delays or issues, we will notify you via email with the option of refunding your order.
